PAYMENT & RATES
BOOKING AND PAYMENT POLICIES
To confirm all of your studio bookings, a deposit covering 50% of the charges incurred for the total time you wish to book must be received by Nightsky Studios no later than 10 days prior to your scheduled session. To cancel a session, Nightsky Studios must receive notice no later than 2 days (48 hours) prior to the scheduled booking. If Nightsky Studios receives notice of cancellation more than 2 days (48 hours) prior to the scheduled session, the deposit will be applied to future client bookings. If a notice of cancellation is received in LESS than 2 days (48 hours) of a session, the deposit will NOT be refunded or applied to any future sessions. All deposits are nonrefundable. All deposits must be used within 1 year after receiving the deposit. After 1 year your deposit is lost with no refund. If Nightsky Studios does not receive notice of cancellation and the client does not show for the session, the client shall be liable for 1/2 of the total time booked. Emails and texts are not acceptable in the event of a cancellation, a phone call is the only method we will accept. Payment for all sessions must be paid in full at the end of each session.
[1-10 Hours] - $50 per hour
[10-20 Hours] - $47 per hour
[20+ Hours] - $45 per hour
We also keep track of the hours logged in at the studio and every time you pass one of the hourly markers, the rate goes down even if it is not all booked at the same time.
PRODUCTION AND TALENT
Producers, Musicians and Voice-over talent are available for all projects.
Payment types in addition to cash, checks, and money orders, Nightsky Studios will also accept the credit cards listed below.
Nightsky Studios reserves the right to change policies, rates and equipment at anytime without displayed, written or verbal notice.
