Pro Tools / Recording / Live Sound Instruction

Nightsky Studios now offers courses in recording pro tools and live sound. Learn all the techniques and tricks of the industry in one of our three offered courses. Courses are geared towards the digital recording process and taught on a full blown Pro Tools rig with hands on experience. Sound courses are on an Analog PA rig.

First, we offer 1 on 1 private instruction, best for people who have some knowledge already and want to focus on certain aspects of the recording or sound process. This is taught by the hour. Second, is the more cost effective group course. No more than 5 students at a time and classes start from bare basics and advance to an actual recording for the last session. Classes are for one month, once a week for 3 hours per class for a total of roughly twelve hours. Get a group together and get a discount!!!!! Last, we offer an accredited course through College of Southern Maryland. This is a fifteen week course once a week for roughly 8 hours per class. Some pre requisites are required. This class gets very detailed and is only for recording. Get in touch for rates on any of the above classes.
